How can I apply a gift card to my subscription?Updated 15 days ago

To redeem a gift card towards an existing subscription, please email support at [email protected]. We'll manually convert your gift card balance into Releaf Cash and apply it to your subscription. Any of the remaining balance will stay in your Releaf Cash balance so you can easily apply it to future orders or subscriptions.

Unfortunately our ecommerce partner (Shopify) does not allow gift cards to be applied to subscriptions automatically, so we need to do this manually. Just let us know and we'll be happy to help!
