How can I cancel my subscription?Updated 22 days ago

Subscribers have the option to cancel anytime. To cancel your subscription, visit your account here. If you've recently visited our website on the same device, you will be logged in automatically. If you aren't logged in automatically, please enter the email associated with your subscription. You will receive a 4 digit code via email and SMS (if you've provided a phone number). Enter the code to login.

Note: Ensure the email you enter is the same email you used to start your subscription. The best way to ensure you have the correct email is to search your email inbox for the latest subscription order confirmation. Use the email address that confirmation was sent to.

Once you've logged in, select the active subscription you would like to cancel. At the top of the screen, you will see 3 buttons: Ship Now, Skip & More. Select the "More" option and then select "Cancel".
