How can I change the date of my next subscription order?Updated 17 days ago

Start by logging in to your account here. Once you've logged in, scroll down to view your active subscription(s). Select "View Details" for the subscription you'd like to adjust.

At the top of the screen, you will see 3 buttons. Select Edit.

To adjust the next date your subscription order will be processed, use the calendar to select a date in the future.

From this same screen, you can also adjust your delivery cadence (optional). Click the dropdown menu that displays your current delivery frequency (e.g. Every 2 months). You will be able to select a new frequency.

Lastly, click "Confirm" at the bottom to save your changes. You will see your adjustments reflected in the dashboard immediately.
