How can I change the frequency of my subscription?Updated 11 days ago

Start by logging in to your account here. Once you've logged in, scroll down to view your active subscription(s). Select "View Details" for the subscription you'd like to adjust.

At the top of the screen, you will see 3 buttons. Select Edit.

To adjust your delivery cadence, click the dropdown menu that displays your current delivery frequency (e.g. Every 2 months). You will be able to select a new frequency.

In this same screen, you can also change the next date your subscription order will be processed. This is not required but if you'd like to make an update, use the calendar to select the next date you'd like your subscription products to be shipped to you.

Lastly, click "Confirm" at the bottom to save your changes. You will see your adjustments reflected in the dashboard immediately.
