How can I make a change to my subscription?Updated 2 months ago
You can make changes to your subscription anytime! To make a change, visit your account here. If you've recently visited our website on the same device, you will be logged in automatically. If you aren't logged in automatically, please enter the email associated with your subscription. You will receive a 4 digit code via email and SMS (if you've provided a phone number). Enter the code to login.
Note: Ensure the email you enter is the same email you used to start your subscription. The best way to ensure you have the correct email is to search your email inbox for the latest subscription order confirmation. Use the email address that confirmation was sent to.
Once you've logged in, scroll down to view your active subscription(s). Once you've found the subscription you'd like to change, click "View Details". At the top of the screen, you will see 3 buttons: Ship Now, Skip & More.
Ship Now: Select this option if you'd like to receive your subscription sooner than the next scheduled ship date. This will immediately create an order and set your next subscription order date to the cadence you selected.
Example: Your subscription is set to ship every 30 days. Your next order is in 7 days but you'd like it sooner. You select "Ship Now". Your subscription order will process immediately and the next order date will be set to 30 days from now.
Skip: Select this option if you'd like to skip your next subscription order. Choose an option to update the next order date.
Example: Your subscription is set to ship every 30 days. Your next order is in 7 days but you'd like to skip it. You select "Skip" and the "4 weeks" option. Your next subscription order will be processed 21 days from now.
Click the "More" button to display a dropdown list of additional options, described below.
Edit Frequency: Select this option if you'd like to change the frequency of your subscription. We currently offer 30, 60 or 90 day subscriptions. Each includes 20% off and free shipping!
Apply Discount Code: Select this option if you'd like to add a discount code to your next subscription order. Selecting this option will scroll down the page to the Summary section, where you are able to enter a discount code.
Discount codes are available via special offers or through redeeming Releaf Reward points in your rewards portal. You can view detailed reward information on our dedicated page here or scroll down the same page to view your Releaf Reward points, existing reward codes in your wallet and options to redeem points for new reward codes.
Copy the reward code from an existing reward in your wallet OR select an option to redeem points for a new reward code, copying it after it's been generated. Scroll up to the Summary section and paste your discount code in the box. Click "Apply". Your reward will now be applied to your next subscription order when it processes.
Change Ship Date: Select this option if you'd like to manually select the next date your subscription order will process and ship to your home.
Pause: Select this option to temporarily pause your subscription.
Cancel: Select this option to cancel your subscription. When cancelling your subscription, we ask a couple questions to better understand your decision. Sometimes we offer incentives or special deals to stay – subscribers mean everything to us!
