  1. Get In Touch: Reach out to our Customer Support team by email at [email protected]. You can also reach us through the contact form on our website.
  2. Let’s Chat: Our Customer Support team will get back to you within 1 business day to review your inquiry and assess the next steps. If the return is a result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item including shipping and handling. If you're unsatisfied with the product you purchased, we will provide a return shipping label.
  3. Pack & Ship: Pack up your items securely, place the label provided by our team to your package and send it our way.
  4. Process Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect he items process your refund request. Standard processing time of refunds varies but is typically 5 business days or less. This gives our team time to inspect your return, issue a refund and have the refund processed by your bank.
