Can I change the shipping address for my order after it has been placed?Updated 2 months ago

If you've input the incorrect address for your order, please reach out to our team ASAP using the contact form in our Help Center or by sending us an email at [email protected].

Even if tracking has not been added or updated for your order, this does not necessarily mean your order is still pending. Sometimes tracking will not update for 24 hours after your order has been placed, even though your order has already been fulfilled and is making its way through the system. Often this is due to technical delays related to the shipper's system (USPS or FedEx).
