What should I do if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it?Updated 2 months ago

Typically this is due to 1 of 3 things. Please review the steps below before contacting our Customer Care team. In many scenarios where customers report this issue, their package simply arrives the next day.

1. Verify the Address: Check the address provided for your order to ensure it is correct and not missing any necessary information (such as an apartment or suite number). If the address is incorrect, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

2. Ask Around: Please check to see if someone in your household (or an adjacent neighbor) either erroneously received your package or hid it somewhere to protect it from being stolen.

3. Wait 24 Hours: In many cases, an undelivered package marked as delivered is due to a system issue with one of our delivery partners (USPS and FedEx). If your package has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact us for further assistance.
