What should I do if my product arrives damaged or broken?Updated 2 months ago

If you receive a damaged or broken product, please reach out to our support team immediately by sending an email to [email protected] with photos of your damaged item. This rarely happens but when it does, we'll make it right! We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. You will be provided with a tracking number once your replacement is on its way.
