Papa & Barkley ships to all 50 US states. However, each state has different restrictions based on the type of product and cannabinoid content of the product. We do not ship internationally.

Shipping restrictions for individual products are listed below.

Ingestible CBD Products - CBD Drops, CBD Softgels, CBD Releaf Gummies

Ingestible CBD products are available for shipping to all US states. Starting July 1, 2026, California regulations will restrict our ability to ship ingestible products to California residents. This is due to California Assembly Bill 8.

Topical CBD Products - CBD Balm, CBD Body Oil

Topical CBD products are available for shipping nationwide.

Ingestible CBN Products - CBD CBN Gummies

Products containing CBN cannot be shipped to Oregon. Starting July 1, 2026, California Assembly Bill 8 will be enforced and all of our ingestible products will be unavailable in California. This is due to California Assembly Bill 8.

Topical THC Products - 3:1 Balm, 3:1 Body Oil & 3:1 Active Stick

Topical products containing THC cannot be shipped to Colorado, Idaho, North Dakota or Virginia.

Ingestible THC Products - Extra Strength Sleep & Recover Gummies

Ingestible products containing THC cannot be shipped to Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Virginia or Washington.
